Amazing doctor in Santa Ana. He is experienced, very informative & always respectful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean office. Staff disinfect patient's hands when entering the office. They also disinfect all glasses after each try. Also, they did an amazing job on the Halloween decoration! Would really recommend this place!

Called for update on a special order for my glasses. Waited 6 months since I ordered in April and somehow the front desk is giving me wrong info about my order. Maggie spoke with me and after three holds informed me the supervisor is with a client. She will return the call back. Somehow Maggie put me on hold to hear her not even speak to the supervisor and mocking my very exact request in a mocking voice mimicking me. What's so funny about what I'm asking. Jen working next to her are to be seriously reconsidering their job position. Not helping patients or clients and being such an inconsiderate employee just makes the whole entire company look bad. Horrible receptionist representation of them and for the business. Unbelievably unprofessional

I love visiting this spot it's great and are very welcoming. Dr Gonzales is very helpful and understanding of the variety of people who come for eye care. I recommend visiting if you haven't done so this is the best spot in Santa Ana. 10/10

I enjoyed my visit. Dr. Gonzales takes His time to anlyze your eyes and explain what exactly is happening to your eyes. He is patient and caring. his staff is also amazing! they have a good sense of humor and are patient and helpful. As for COVID procedures: yes they do require mask, check temp and sanatize. they sanitize the glasses after every try.

The place isn't very big, and there isn't a wide variety of glasses frames, which was one thing I didn't like. However, the service more than made up for it. Jenny, the girl at the front, was very nice and helpful with all my questions, which I really appreciated. The doctor also took his time during the eye test and explained a couple of things thoroughly, which I liked because he wasn't in a hurry. Overall, I give them 5 stars because of Jenny's great customer service and the doctor's attention to detail. Even though they don't have many frames, I still found one I liked.

Dr. Robert Gonzales is a knowledgeable and friendly optometrist. The exam was thorough, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend for quality eye care!

Best eye docter ever has started coming here since i was 8 years old and never had any problem always get my vision correct and ther service is just amazing recommend

Have been coming here since I was a kid and now bringing my own daughter , nice staff , great doc , highly recommend
