I have been visiting this place for the past three years. They have good doctors there to serve you, but their front desk lady is very rude and impatient. She talked to you like she is above you. When I made an appointment, I asked her to check if my insurance is valid. After receiving the confirmation, I set up my appointment. But when I came over for the appointment, she told me my issuance was invalid and has to waiting until Nov to get recycled. No apology no explanation. Lady, you are fat and rude, you don't deserve to work in this place. Find another job before further ruining this nice place!

I had an appointment at 11 and was seen exactly at 11 I didn't have to wait. Dr. Deters was extremely professional and helped me update my prescription. I can finally see clearly now. I was helped by Lorena she was super friendly and helpful in choosing the right frames for my face. I ended up purchasing a pair of Tory Burch glasses. Steve helped adjust my glasses and gave me a case and a cloth to go with it. The staff is great ! I strongly recommend this place !
