PARK PLACE OPTOMETRY

I REALLY wanted to love this place. Dr Tran is really nice when you see him in person. If you actually get anything done here, it's usually a good "deal" (as in, nothing comes out of pocket for you) but expect a VERY long wait to get anything from him and you'll always have to follow up making it seem like you're bothering him. One big issue I did have with him was he sold me a years worth of contact lens (12 pairs) and when it came time that I really needed to replenish them, he wasn't getting it in time so I went somewhere else and they said he was selling me 2-week lenses as monthlies. I technically didn't pay anything for them but not doing that again at the cost of my eye health! Never going back now.

Walked in first thing on a Monday, right after open at 10am without an appointment. Dr. Tran and his team were so amazing and wonderful. They got me into an exam room and were extremely caring, and thorough. Dr. Tran is fast paced, extremely smart, and articulate. I have a slight beef with the way big eyeglass conglomerate Luxottica treats their employees and Optometrists, and Dr. Tran explained to me in detail a Devil's Advocate argument for them, while also explaining his own view. In the end, he kept that preference in mind and subtly suggested a nice pair of Kate Spade frames for me. He even sent me home with a pair of trial contacts that he had in store and worked with my insurance to get the most out of what I could get for the best price. I have never been so happy with an eye exam in my life. Dr. Tran is the best doctor. He made me feel listened to, his passion and intelligence really come through when you're sitting across from him and I don't think I'll ever go to another eye doctor ever again. If you need a pair of glasses, sunglasses, contacts, or anything eye related, make an appointment with Dr. Tran! I cannot speak highly enough about him!

Dr. Tran is very dedicated & will spend extra time with you. His staff is very professional & friendly. They were able to help us to pick out the eye glasses that we really like. Highly recommend to everyone who has a need for a vision check & prescription glasses.

I have been a patient here for decades. My 12 year old and I could not be happier with our overall experience. We are always well taken care of. He has extensive product knowledge and gives great advice. He really cares. His staff is so nice and he is great with kids. His inventory is extensive and if you dont see it, he can order it. Love him and highly recommend him anyday for all your optometry needs.

I've been coming here for ten years, even though the new location is farther from me and less convenient than the old one, because it's hard to find a doctor you can completely trust, and Dr. Tran is one of those doctors. He really cares about what he does. He talks fast, but don't mistake that for being brusque -- it's enthusiasm. Plus, he has a machine that can see into your retinas without having to dilate your eyes. Best news ever. I hate having my eyes dilated and I'm sure you do too. Go see Dr. Tran!

Dr. Tran is professional yet down to earth, caring and personable. We have been coming to him for the past 11 years and we couldn't be happier. He has a large selection of frames and sunglasses. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. Once you get to the office, you are already getting started on your appointment. He does not waste your time. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. Not to mention, his rates are great. Definitely recommend this place!
