I've been going to See 20/20 Optometry for 4+ years and have never been disappointed in the quality of care I've received. Dr. Choi is very capable and spends time with you to figure out your correct glasses and contacts prescription, even in slightly trickier cases like mine. The front office staff are kind, extremely efficient, and are always very helpful; they have helped me multiple times to pick out glasses frames that fit my face size and were the style I wanted, and then took the time to explain the options for lenses and what my insurance covered or not. The staff also answer the phone promptly when I call during office hours, so I've always been able to get various questions answered quickly.

I love See 20/20 optometry. The staff is always so kind and friendly! Dr. always helps and thoroughly explains every exam and eye health and it helps me stay informed on how well I'm doing. I've been a loyal client since I was 7 and have always felt so comfortable and calm in the office because the vibes are just the best!! Dr always looks out for her patients and has our best interest in mind- always making sure all of our needs are met. It's a 1000/10 experience every time I'm there, I love going to the optometrist because the experience is always the best!! And I walk out knowing I was treated right every time

Booked an eye exam here and I couldn't have made a better choice choosing you guys. Thank you for the kind welcome, the comfortable experience, and your patience with me. The cool machines they have here are WAY more advanced than any other place I've been to... like not even kidding. Go check them out for yourself! They ran multiple tests on my eyes and when it was time to read the letters on the walls, I did not feel rushed at all! Dr. Hoang was extremely patient with me. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable and explained everything she saw in the photos of my eyes. Also, they have the Meta Glasses here so another reason to go is to check out their frames!! I actually have an appointment coming up in a month for a check up and I'm looking forward to it!

Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person at the desk (young woman with black hair) who helped me but she was very patient & friendly. The short "tests" before seeing the doctor went smoothly & she was very helpful & patient when shopping for my new frames. Dr Jenny Choi was professional & prompt when seeing to my annual exam. I'm glad I have somewhere I can go yearly for my annual exams moving forward!
