The doctor is very nice and very informative. Does her job very well and explains everything to you the correct way. Very professional, Very nice office and friendly staff ,highly recommend.

I would like to say a few key things about my visit with Doctor Duong & her staff. Professionalism, availability and expertise in eye-care is what they shine in! I found them on Google and saw that they had mass amounts of 5-star reviews, I called in and was greeted by an invigorating young lady. It was very easy to book an appointment the following days, they took all my information over the phone, and simplified it when I came in. The facility; When you walk in you're greeted with hundreds of glasses on display on both sides of the room, at the far-end you'll find the receptionist's desk where she will take your information and set you up. They have state of the art equipment for eye exams, and all other services they offer. The facility was extremely clean and spotless, it resembles a dealership showroom with a new car that's spotless, that's how clean it was! The Doctor; Doctor Duong was easy going and spoke direct, no sugar coating, straight to the point. She has an inviting energy to her where she makes you feel at home, welcomed with a pleasant vibe. You're able to pick up her confidence and knowledge that she has based on the responses she gives you. All-in-all the visit was great, I will definitely be coming back every year and also coming back with my wife, my eye feeling tremendously better after I did what she instructed me to do!

What a great establishment to come to for eyecare needs! They fit me in immediately for an eye exam and did their best to give me the most affordable prices. The doctor is very knowledgeable and always has time to answer questions despite her busy schedule. Their customer service is top notch and they ALWAYS pick up their phones. They deserve all the 5 stars they have received, absolutely wonderful place to be!

I've been going to West EyeCare Optometry few years bought my second pair of glasses, it was time for a new perception & frame, Dr. Duong is a wonderful Dr.& her staff are so helpful. I recommend this place.

Beautiful, and very clean place the moment you walk in. Welcoming and very nice staff/doctors. This is by far the best optometry place I have came to. The doctor takes her time and explains In detail any small or big symptoms you have. (If any). I have been to only 4 prior to this one, and I have to admit I chose this one because of the reviews that were left . The reviews do not lie; this is a great place with a great variety of non-branded frames to very good variety of branded frames for great prices. I definitely recommend this place. She explained every question I had and helped me out a lot.

The doctor is very friendly and my appointment was a breeze, they have great technology for the eye exam. It's a breeze, I hate it when they blow air into my eyes for eye exams but they don't do that here which I love! My prescription lenses are from Prada and we're not even $300. I love the frames, they are very flexible and non glossy.

The guy at the front did a wonderful job giving customer service! Very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was friendly as well and very quick. It was a very nice experience and i highly suggest this place :)

Best Optometry office! Staff has great knowledge of customer service. Detail oriented. This office has great selection of glasses at a great price. Dr takes time with the patient and answers any concerns. Overall service is an A+. Highly recommend to friends and family.
