I had a great experience at Equity Eye Group. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive from start to finish. Dr. Quach was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The office was clean, organized, and ran efficiently. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Equity Eye Group to anyone looking for quality eye.

Turning 65 and changing your medical insurance, I wasn't a happy camper but that's another story. My experience with Dr. Saeed was great. He gave me the feeling that he cared. He made me feel comfortable explained to me my options of my situation. looking forward to continue with Dr. Saeed, the staff was wonderful also thank you all

The office staff and the assistants are all very nice and make you feel welcomed.Dr. Quach is very patient and takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions you may have. I would also like to add that you shouldn't be put off by the amount of people in the waiting area, this office runs like a well-oiled piece of machinery. People may be sitting there, but they had most likely been seen by two different assistants doing their jobs and in wait to see the next or possibly the Doctor. All their equipment is up to date and completes its function so that by the time you get to the doctor, he knows the results of every test that was just done on you. You must give this Eye Care office a try. They make it easier than you think.

Extremely busy office but very efficient staff and all very professional. Dr. Jarvadi is an excellent doctor and I am experiencing better than expected results thankfully. I highly recommend this facility. .

Waiting room filled with over 20 patients waiting and no communication from receptionist. Just continuously saying "have a seat and we will call you shortly". Refused to check on how far behind the doctor was, so I had no way of knowing if I was next or if there were 30 people ahead of me. After an hour of no update I asked to be rescheduled. Things happen, but communication is important and patients need to be treated with respect not as annoyances.

Its tough to go in at lunch time. The lobby is packed. But, once your called, it goes pretty smooth. I have to say that the Dr was very nice and knowledgeable. I would like to have him as a permanent eye dr

This is not a doctors office, but a simple clinic. About 50 people in the waiting room as you can see from the photos. It's never less and can never be more since there is no more room. The rest wait outside, until there is a place to sit down. I can tell you I've seen a lot better in the clinics of the 3rd world. This is beyond horrendous for the most advanced and richest country in the world. Thank you Obama care.

Acuity eye group Torrance.i am visiting this facility once a year for last 3 years. They work in a very professional way. For example they will remind you one week before your appointment and want us to inform them if there is any changes in your insurance or any changes in your primary care doctors.or any thing else. By the way office and complete facility is very clean and there front office staff is very professional and polite and help you in check in process.. Other support staff of the doctors are also professional and they know what to do in preparing the patient before the doctor see you personally. By the way about the doctors I see Dr Saeed Javidi a young eye specialist doctor who has great knowledge of his profession I have no doubt in his ability so I will recommend him to my family and friend. By looking in front office so many patient waiting patiently I think this facility might have some good doctors and support staff.. for support staff and the doctors of this facility i say THANK YOU....keep up the good work you all are doing
