Have been going to this place for more than 5 years and it never disappoints. The service is wonderful and the proficiency and professionalism from both Dr. Kim and the staff is amazing, making each visit great. While waiting for an eye exam the staff would offer snacks and drinks, there are even a few mini arcade games to play which makes the wait time doable while time goes by. My whole family comes to this place due to them being able to speak Korean which helps them feel more comfortable and confident when getting an eye exam or glasses figured out. They also have a variety of glasses to choose from, compared to other places that we have visited before. I would highly recommend choosing this place!!

I visited here because my current optometrist was too "busy" even though their office is almost always empty. I was lucky as there was an appointment slot available as I walked into Amy Kim Optometry. Dr. Kim performed the most thorough check up I could imagine. The staff was friendly and capable, explaining lots of details on what I am paying for, which I deserved but never had anywhere in my decades of purchasing and wearing glasses. The location is very accessible by being part of a large mall. Can't recommend more.

I had an amazing experience here. The staff is very professional and kind. They give you snacks and beverages. The waiting room has mini arcade games and comfortable seats. I used Kim's optometry after my favorite Dr Hirano retired from clear choice optometry. It took me sometime to build trust with Amy Kim's optometry but my expectation exceeded with every encounter with them. Now my whole family of 4 goes to Amy Kims optometry and every time my wait time has never been more than 20 min. Amy kim is very thorough and process oriented and her staff is cool. Very Kid friendly with games, chocolates and snacks to choose from.
