Do not go here! Ripped off by this place. Paid for glasses $300, they kept asking for more money over what was quoted so we asked to cancel order. After numerous calls and emails promising to refund me I have received nothing and they are now ignoring my emails. This was from June 2025! Very disappointed by there terrible customer service. I do not usually write bad reviews but feel i have no choice but to warn others about this place.

I've been going to Dr. Kathy for over 5 years now. She's excellent, very informative and approachable. She's always been able to help with questions or concerns. Making appointments is always easy and helps that they are open on Saturdays. The front desk is always fast and friendly. Karen at the front desk always provides excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. Their frame selections are also great.

Dr Kathy and staff are always helpful and willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. They try to work with their patients no matter the insurance situation. I just broke my only pair of glasses and was overdue for my annual exam. They made sure I was up to date and by the time we were finished, I could see better (with help of new contacts). My family and I have been going to Eye Zone for over a decade now and we couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else! Dr. Kathy is so sweet and answers any inquisitive questions or concerns I have related to my eyesight. There are so many choices of frames to choose from. Sometimes it is hard to choose just one and the staff always help me find what I'm looking for and help me weigh my options. Lauren and Karen are always spot-on with what kind of glasses I want, telling me which ones fit my face and style best. I'm so grateful for their help and I have never regretted any frames I have gotten! I always walk out with a smile. Thank you, ladies!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Sangprasit for over 15 years if not more and continue seeing her as she gives me a very personal and detailed visit every time. My experience with this office has been beyond frustrating. Karen, the front desk representative, has zero customer service skills. The irony of her name would be comical if the situation weren't so infuriating. I called three times within an hour to place an order for contact lenses. The first two calls went unanswered, and when I finally got through on the third attempt, I was told to stop calling and just leave a voicemail next time. When I explained that I had already left a message previously with no response, I was abruptly rushed off the phone and told my contacts would arrive in seven days. Well, here we are 21 days later, and still no contacts. When I called to check on the order, I was told they were on backorder and that "something must have happened." At this point, I can't shake the feeling that this was intentional. If Karen doesn't like you, be prepared to deal with her attitude and complete lack of professionalism. This office clearly doesn't prioritize customer care, and I won't be returning.

I love Dr. Kathy and the staff! Always a pleasant experience coming in for my annual check ups. I appreciate the office staff taking time to help me understand my insurance benefits and maximizing my coverage to get the glasses I need.

Great staff. Took their time with my many questions. They don't have the frame I'm looking for exactly but they got great options as well as take the extra time to see if their rep can get the ones I actually want.
