Dr. Fleming is wonderful, he makes you feel like you are part of his own family. He is caring and encourages you to let him know your every optical need. I was referred to his office in 2023 by a co-worker after having a less than satisfactory experience with my former doctor, regarding cataract surgery. Dr. Fleming made me feel confident and relaxed about undergoing the surgery which was a new experience for me. The staff is great, they are pleasant and professional and also make you feel like you are one of the family. The Docs are fine when you finally get to see them. The waiting area is the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. I've waiting at least an HOUR Every Single Visit. Even for simple teeth cleanings. My last visit was the Last Straw! After waiting for an hour for a 9am appointment I was on time for I was told there were 7 people in front of me. HOW IS THIS Possible for a 9a appointment?!?!?! I asked why you'd book so many people at the same time but never got an acceptable answer. I canceled my current appointment and changed Dentists....I waited less than 10 mins at my new dentist. I won't name the 'new dentist' so this won't look like an advertisement. If you value your time, DO NOT GO HERE!

My son has a very complex prescription, and for years we struggled to find an optometry office that could truly meet his needs. That changed when we found Dr. Fletcher and his incredible assistant, Marianne. She was the first technician who truly understood the complexity of my son's case and what was needed to get it right. Marianne went above and beyond, working closely with the lab to ensure everything was correct. Even after three unsuccessful attempts at other offices, she patiently and clearly explained the necessary adjustments and guided the lab through two more revisions until the final pair was perfect. If you are looking for an intelligent, attentive, and hard-working team that will not stop until you receive the best care possible, this is the office for you!

I feel like the most important person in the world walking into their office.... the staff, the Dr. always, and I mean always have a smile to greet me and make me feel very comfortable with what ever procedures I may have. Dr. Fleming is a very casual and soft spoken gentleman always taking time to explain everything and offer more options than I can count. I feel lucky to have such a personable Dr. to make me feel like I can walk out and get what I expect out of an optometrist.
