Both my husband I both have had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk receptionist even let me try on her cute glasses multiple times when I was indecisive between glasses. Everything went smooth , everyone was was very professional and efficient. I will definitely continue to come here and refer my friends and family. On a side note, I'm sure the people that have left negative reviews have a really poor attitude and don't understand that this isn't Walmart or Costco. Ultimately you get what you pay for

I absolutely love this place. They work fast, are friendly, and super helpful. They also are really good at setting appointments when you need them, and are open late, which is great for teachers like myself who have to stay and work late after school. They even make your lens on the spot for some of their available frames. If you are looking for a place that has a wide selection of both modern and more modest frames, then this is definitely the place for you to go.

I have an eye exam appointment at 3:00 p.m but I decided to come 20 minutes early so I can choose the frame I want and have it ready after the eye exam. I was told to wait after my appointment; however they allow Koreans like them to try frames even before their appointed time. Also, I have been their regular customer and have always been allowed by their previous staff to try the frames even before my eye exam. This act shows racial didcrimination and a very poor customer service. The staff tone of voice was very rude and didn't even make eye contact while saying "no you have to wait until your eye exam is done", then left the reception area. I left I Care Optometry very disappointed and would never get their services again nor recommend them to my relatives, friends and office mates.

Exams are quick and easy, doctor answered all my questions. Staff also helped with selecting my glasses, as I was having a difficult time selecting from many options. Super sweet and patient with me.

Excellent Service! The Optometrist and the Manager of the Practice are both very respectful and considerate towards their customers and clients. Highly recommended!

please do not go this place. you will not save money because you insurance. their quality of craftsmanship is just terrible. 1. customer customer service. none. this guys who claims to be manager is manager does't know what a customer service is.he just stands or sit there and do nothing. this guys doesn't now how to help or he just doesn't care. 2. lens coating. fing a joke. i asked for blue coating. this guys just applied standard regular green coating and selling it for higher cost. even with standard green coating. it barely there... probably will gone in few month and i will have to get another lens for my glasses. 3. got my glasses from them and i guess they cut the lens or try to fit the lens into socket, they scratch the lens and the glasses.. funny thing is .. they don't to clean the finer prints and dirty stuff off the lens.. it's there... i can clearly see it with scratch + finger prints. how pathetic.... i went there just beach i had insurance ...now i will have set get another sets of lens in few month... which will be $300... please do not go to this place... save your money and go somewhere else i

The best optometrist in South Bay! Very professional and superb services. They care about their customers and go the extra mile for you. I would recommend them 100% to my family and friends!

I have vision insurance and I asked rude optometrist if I can buy the frame only, because Costco doesn't accept my insurance but they have better prices for lenses. She refused to sell the frame only and said rudely " go to Costco and buy the frame too". Apparently she doesn't know how to speak and how to do business!
