Exceptional :) compassionate professional listening skills, which is very rare these days! Quality time spent in care of patients needs & I so very much appreciated going at a comfortable pace so not being rushed! Thank you!! The entire staff really care for the patient & put patient needs first! Impressive!! I had very good thorough eye exams feeling very confidant I was in the best of hands! Dr made sure I understood things going slowly explaining things for me. :) Thank you to the entire staff from making appointment on the phone, in the appointment & getting all the various tests done & all in a very kind, professional- comfortable way. I certainly can not say that about other optometric centers where it is so very speedy rushed...

Great Doctors; Lousy staff and horribly lousy end product that the staff stands by until of course the glasses come in and you are fitted with your new glasses and after you walk out the door , sometimes before you get out the door any of your concerns or dislikes are shuffled under the carpet and far enough under so the Doctors can't see them to address their patients concerns. I have asked to talk to the Doctor about something regarding my purchase and they always have an excuse for not letting me talk to me Doctor, almost as if they were getting commission off each pair of glasses

Dr. Tu and Dr. Tamayo are very professional and very kind. I've been going there for many years and I've seen both of them. They always give me good advices how to treat my dry eyes. Dr. Tu and Dr. Tamayo are very friendly and make me feel comfortable during the eye exam. My kids and my husband are their patients as well. We are very happy to have them as our eye doctors. Thank you for taking care of us!

I have been a patient for 15 or so years? Back when Koko was there. Dr. Tu is wonderful as is the whole staff. I am moving cross-country and upset I can't take them with me! They prepared my records for me. I'm seriously thinking to return to CA just for my annual visit. I will miss you all!

Maison Optiques is my favorite ophthalmology practice because of the people and the physicians' dedication to indivual care and best equipment and devices. Friendly, timely, easy to schedule.

Dr. Tamayo is outstanding and professional! I have been going to Maison Optique forever. This visit was a bit different with new office staff. They were not as friendly nor knowledgeable. However, they were very punctual in calling back once they found answers. Overall, Maison Optique is the best!!
