Delta Eyecare absolutely deserves five stars for their amazing customer service. From the start, Dr. Liao gave me a thorough, gentle eye exam and really took the time to make sure all my questions were answered, which helped me feel comfortable and cared for. After that, Bianca helped me pick out my eyeglasses, and she honestly turned it into the best part of the visit. Her energetic, strong, and one-of-a-kind personality made the whole process fun instead of stressful. She really listened to what I liked, respected my concerns, and guided me toward frames that fit my style, my face, and my budget. I left feeling seen, supported, and excited to wear my new glasses!

Come here with you want to be treated with disrespect , love being in indoor 90f without air conditioning and fresh air. Bianca ( women with tattooed eyebrow ) from delta eye care said they are not full service and ask me to go Walmart to get contact lens , don't bother to buy with them . Bianca refuse to resolve with my insurance representative / decline to suggestion from insurance representative to update their financials to non full service with the insurance company . Also this shop never switch on their air conditioner in hope to save electricity, so it is very stuffy during exam , and air circulation bad . Equipments are not most up to date , but shabby .

I've been with Delta Eyecare for years. The staffs especially Bianca and David are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I love their huge selections of high brands frames. Highly recommended!!

We've used Delta Eyecare since the mid 90's and had the pleasure of watching Bianca's business flourish due to consistent professional and courteous customer service. I never hesitate to recommend them. Hands down they've always been reliable and the best price.

I love this place! They have many varieties of frames from the type of material you can select as in metal, plastic ,and even frames that are even flexible! There is a big variety of brand names you can choose from; Coach, Versace, Ferragamo, Maui Jim, and more! Even if you are not into brand names they still have a huge variety of generic frames! David, Bianca and Tyler are very friendly, good customer service, and have patience with you to find the perfect frame. They explain to you step by step on the type of lenses that works best for you, which one suits you face figure better, the shape you you are looking for, and work with whatever suits your budget! Another very cool feature is that they do custom work on your frames! They do their best to repair and save your frames if it ends up breaking as well! I have been here twice, and I have been satisfied with the customer service I have received! I will continue to come here for my eye-care needs!

I just showed up randomly and wondered into Delta Eyecare and wow! They had so many different glasses. Great quality. The staff are fast, fixed my glasses in 8 minutes flat. Shout out to David and Bianca. Customer service is outstanding. I'll be referring my friends and family to them for sure. Plus it's right next to Gamestop, Prime location lol.

This is my first time at Delta Eyecare and I must say that it was very worth it. David was very thorough with his explanation and super helpful. He made everything seems less confusing which I appreciate a lot. I will definitely recommend Delta Eyecare for my friends and relatives!!!

I've been going to Delta Optical for over 10 years and have cycled several pairs of glasses during that time. Bianca has always provided the very best service and is extremely knowledgeable about fit, frames and lenses. Because they have their own lab Delta Optical can retrofit your existing frames with new lenses without needing your frames until the new lenses come in. They mount them there and they are one of the very few eye glass places that does eyeglass repair. They stock a huge supply of frames, from low to high end, and make use several different lens suppliers depending on the what may work best for the prescription. I recommend Delta Optical very highly.
