Miss Jigna was very helpful, resourceful and showed lots of patience. Picking a nice frame is very challenging and requires a lot of patience both from the employee and the customer. The lenses should properly fit in the frame. If it doesn't fit the frame a minor change can affect your vision and cause lots of headache and vision issues. Jigna tried her best to help us with all the best possible options (try the glasses for a week, get the eyes-sight check again, ordered new lenses for the glasses). Nice customer service. Even the manager was quick to check for all other options.
Definitely worth going there and trying it.

I called for a quick question and was placed on hold for 35 minutes. I stayed on the line and decided to stop by the vision center and as I approached, there was no one in the store but the work personnel Jigna. She was just sitting there and conveniently forgot about my call. Geez thanks Jigna.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional desk person Narges. I ordered eyeglasses for my wife . It was too loose i went there and lady with scarfed Narges bend it too much just to do easy job . But it was still loose she didn't do a good job . I went 2nd time she just bend it again which it too much . Galsses looks too ugly and it doesn't fit in the glasses box so it's hard to keep it safe. I requested to return it or exchange but she refused. Then i had to order my glasses i was trying frames Narges came and said i can not try more then 5 frames. That is stupid and very unprofessional. Usually I don't go to these kinda things at walwart it was my 1st time and last too. There are 100 other better stores for everything.

I had a broken frame and went to Union City Walmart Vision Center in 10/4/22. Narges went above and beyond to help me with buying my new glasses. She patiently tried several times to check my eligibility (VSP website was acting up as usual). Once I found out I was not yet eligible for a new pair of glasses she checked several options to offer me the best deal.
I will definitely come back and will definitely recommend her service.
