Family Vision Care Optometrics

Great experience @ Family Vision Care Optometric's! Just wanted to share how happy we are with our visit to Family Vision Care yesterday for our 6year old! From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly and incredibly patient, which as any parent knows, is a huge win with little kid. We definitely didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Angela Wong was fantastic, taking the time to examine and later explaining everything in detail, and giving us good options to choose from. I instantly felt a sense of trust and relief knowing we've finally found a great lance for our child's eye care, and it's so close to home. Highly recommend them. Thank you team 'Family Vision Care' for making our first visit a great experience.

The optometrists are so thorough and helpful. I feel like every exam has been so comprehensive and the optometrists really break down what they're looking for and what they see (and what, if anything, is trouble). Staff is always helpful and accommodating - never pushy. I also appreciate being able to fill out paperwork online. I started coming here for annual eye exams three years ago after moving to the area. If I ever move out of it, I'd still go out of my way to come here.

Great experience here! Dr. Wong is knowledgeable, thorough, and really takes time to explain everything during the exam. The glasses I got based on the doctor's recommendations are amazing, definitely the best pair of glasses I've ever had. The opticians were also so helpful and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend if you are looking for quality care a great service!

Sylvia was very helpful. I recently got a pair of glasses but I wasn't happy with them and I wanted to exchange them. She helped me find another pair of glasses that fit my style better.

Superb customer service! They have amazing staff. They were very accommodating, patient and professional. Dr. Wong is very thorough and pleasant. They helped me find suitable eye glasses for me by providing me options. I appreciate that they explained them all to me before making my decision as I'm paying out of pocket. I 100% recommend them!

Patients are so welcoming by the receptionist's and Dr. Wong she is so humble and polite. Love this Dr and the people even Gloria who helped me to pick my glasses was over and beyond.
