What an amazing office. I have been coming here for several years. Dr Yuan is so professional and caring. She has help me through my journey with my eye condition. Her staff is exceptional. From the start Leslie has gone above and beyond to help my family get the care that we need over the several years. She is one of a kind. Jessica, Amber, Isabella, and Clarice are also so amazing as well. They all have help me from answering my insurance questions to helping me decide what glasses to pick. And even checking to see how I am feeling with my special contacts I wear. I love the feature that I can text the office questions. Definitely recommend Dr Yuan and her staff; especially if you have keratoconus.

I am happy and blessed to have found RainbowOp. I've been to numerous doctors for my eye condition (keratoconus) and Rainbow Opt surpasses all others. The team is welcoming, patient, informative, supportive and just altogether delightful. Dr. Jessica Yuan is a bit of a perfectionist, lol. Which I can see comes with a passion to help her patients. She has spent much time looking to grant me with the best measuremnts for my sclarel lenses. With her aid and understanding I now have the best fitted lenses that suits my condition. I absolutely love this optometry office! I've been coming here for about five years, and the specialty lenses I get have truly transformed my quality of life, I depend on them every single day. Dr. Yuan is an outstanding doctor who always takes her time with her patients. You can tell she genuinely cares and strives to give you the very best care possible. She's meticulous and thorough in everything she does, which I really appreciate. Her staff is equally wonderful -- always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I feel completely comfortable every time I visit. And look forward to coming in. I first found this office while researching scleral contact lenses. After years of cancer treatments, I developed Ocular Graft vs. Host Disease and was desperately seeking relief for my severe dry eyes. Dr. Yuan created custom lenses for me that made all the difference, and I've been coming back every year since. I'm never disappointed!

Review Dr. Jessica Yuan is an Amazing and Excellent doctor! We have been seeing her for 11 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. She truly cares about you and is very knowledgeable! Her staff are all caring, patient, and kind. My daughter had very blurry vision at a very young age and Dr. Yuan's recommendation to try Ortho-K lenses to control her myopia has been a success! My daughter's vision has not changed in 6 years since she started wearing the Ortho-K lenses. We can't thank you enough Dr. Jessica Yuan for everything you have done for us all these years!!!

Life-Changing Care at Rainbow Optometry I don't usually write reviews, but Rainbow Optometry and Dr. Yuan absolutely deserve every word of praise. I was referred to Dr. Yuan by another optometrist after years of struggling with what I thought was just "bad vision." For most of my life, I was told I had astigmatism and that my eyesight would get worse every year -- something I accepted far too early. No matter how many times I updated my glasses (from places like Walmart or Costco), I could never really see. I always felt like I was looking through a fog, living life with squinted eyes. Reading was hard, driving seemed impossible, and I just thought clear vision wasn't in the cards for me. That all changed when I was finally diagnosed with keratoconus -- a condition I'd unknowingly had for years. When I was pregnant, my vision got drastically worse, and I couldn't get any optometrist to release a usable prescription. That's when I was finally referred to Dr. Yuan. Two words: LIFE CHANGING. From the moment I walked into Rainbow Optometry (which, funny enough, is in a Kaiser building), I felt supported. The office was clean, organized, and full of the most kind, brilliant staff. The team at the front desk are like mini-optometrists themselves -- they're patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely care. They explained everything I needed, answered every question, and always followed up. And Dr. Yuan? She is the Oprah of optometry. I've never experienced an eye exam like that in my life. She took her time, carefully measured and analyzed every detail of my vision. She explained the progression of my keratoconus and crafted a solution tailored exactly to me. She didn't just give me hard contacts -- she gave me my sight back. These lenses are unbelievably comfortable and give me 20/20 vision -- for the first time in my entire life. I can see my daughter's face now. I can drive. I can see my own face clearly in the mirror. I'm no longer squinting through life. I genuinely guard these lenses with my life because they are that valuable to me. Dr. Yuan didn't just improve my vision -- she transformed my confidence and quality of life. I love,love love this place. I have been a patient of Dr. Jessica Yuan going on 6 years already. I remember when I first went . I was nervous and sceptical. I already had been seen by 5 different eye doctors before her.And none of them knew how to help me. One prescribed me glasses,of course that didn't help . Another prescribed me contacts,but they would always be popping off. So no help there either When I finally found Dr. Yuan. I had already given up hope that I would see good again.Thst is until my visit with Rainbow Optometry. I can still remember the first time putting on my scleral lenses. I was like a kid in the candy shop. I could actually see so clear for the first time in years. I didn't think that would ever be possible anymore. But thanks to Dr. Jessica Yuan and her wonderful staff. They are truly compassionate about their job. They are very helpful,kind and patient too. Thank you Dr. Yuan and staff.
