Their customer service is not good. Back in July they refused to make a second pair of sunglasses for my husband because the prescription was 2 days over the 2 year mark. I had a lens pop out on my sunglasses and went in for a replacement and they refused to do it because they said that legally they need a prescription less than 2 years but I looked up the actual law and CA law states that if ONE lens is in need of repair they are legally obligated to do it. I told them this and they said the two year prescription was their internal rule (so they were initially lying to me). The associate and manager were just blatantly not caring and felt like they wanted to get more money out of me for the eye exam. I got my prescription and went down the street and got my lens fixed within one day. Not 2 weeks like they take for glasses. Good riddance, I'll never go here again!

Fantastic service! Margarita and Linda were wonderfully helpful, and Trenton's your guy if you need a quick frame fix. And of course "Phoropter Man" himself Dr. Alena was quick and efficient with my eye exam. Thanks everyone! Truly America's best!

Very horrible experience from the moment I walked in the door. The staff were not very kind, one was downright rude, the price I was told was far below the actual final total. It felt very bait and switch. The doctor rushed through my appointment, and now that I have my glasses I'm having trouble seeing properly through them. They're definitely not the correct prescription. Awful experience. Don't bother with the BS "email us, we'll rectify" because it's not worth it, I will never return.

I loved my eye exam! The tech, Linda, did a phenomenal job. She made my exam super comfortable and was helpful during my exam. Genevieve also helped me with picking out and deciding on frames that fit my face perfectly! I appreciate the staff here at the Ventura office for making this experience a pleasant one. I recommend this location, and will be an ongoing customer!

I had such an amazing time, the people there are so nice and really know what they are doing, and you can tell that they want the best for their costumers. Andrea really helped me out and took great care of me! You an tell she really wanted the best for me.

My experience was amazing, they greet you as soon as you come in the doors, the receptionist was very kind and polite and the tech and the doctor were both amazing people that clearly love their job and the sale associates are very kind and helpful. She helped me from start to finish by helping picking my glasses and finding my needs and giving me pricing. She was very patience with me. JUST AMAZING. Would recommend and will be coming back.
