Dr. Funnell Optometry

Dr. Colin Funnell and the front staff- Fortune and Julie were phenomenal!! I always feel well taken care of whenever I visit the office. Dr. Funnell is a great professional who truly cares and educates his patients very well so that they can maintain great vision health. Fortune is very sweet and professional. She explained every test making me feel at ease. I loved her positivity and energy. Julie at the front desk explained how to use my moist heat eye mask and every detail of the bill which I greatly appreciated. I left the office feeling great!!

Dr. Funnell is amazing. He has advance equipment. He is highly educated. I have sent everyone in my Family to him for glasses and or contact. My kids are 7 and 8 years old and Dr. Funnell and his staff did an excellent job taking care of them.

I find the office consistently responsive to phone calls and questions. They are friendly and helpful. Dr. Funnell is the best! He takes time address concerns and answer questions. I never feel rushed. It is also great to discuss lifestyle options for a healthier vision, too.

Never in my 72 years have I been so well cared for during a first visit. Dr. Tabanfar and Monique tested my eyes carefully and were so pleasant to work with. Julie and Elaine helped me with the paperwork and with fitting my glasses to find the perfect pair. I always felt like I was the only customer they had, and at no point was I ever pushed to make a purchase on anything. I didn't get to meet Fortune, who set up my appointment, but I look forward to seeing her when I pick up my glasses with the built-in hearing aids next week. As a new patient, I appreciated the multiple text reminders before my appointment. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted, given the necessary paperwork, and didn't have to wait long before beginning my exam. The technician conducted the initial assessments, then introduced me to Dr. Tabanfar, who completed the rest of the exam. Dr. Tabanfar was personable, unhurried, and took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully. She clearly explained the retinal photos and pointed out the areas she would continue to monitor over time. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase glasses on-site, since I usually get mine through Costco, which offers convenient service wherever I travel. Annual eye exams are essential, as they help detect changes in the health of one's arteries before they become serious. I'm happy to highly recommend Dr. Tabanfar for your vision care needs, and I'll definitely be returning for my next annual exam.

Most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. Dr.Funnell took great care to explain the conditions of my eyes, addressed my concerns and the recommended follow-up care.. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, very courteous and professional and always takes the time required to help the patient and answer any and all questions. Staff as well are the same and extremely competent.
