DLV Vision - Ventura

Staffs are friendly & professionals. Dr Chen is so knowledgeable about eye problems. He addresses all my concerns & fears. It feels like his advice are all it takes to make me see clearly again. Thank you Dr Chen !

All of the staff were quite pleasant to be around as they helped me. Dr. Enghelberg eagerly entertained all of my questions, and addressed my concerns about the corrective procedure, recovery, and expected outcome. Although I find it a bit troubling to be in this situation, I feel fortunate to have found DLV Vision. and have entrusted Dr. Enghelberg and staff to perform the procedure.

First time for any eye treatment other than regular checkup so not familiar with cateract treatments. At the appointment I saw 4 different persons. None explained what or why they were doing their exam. I was just followed their directions but I felt like I was being shuffled from one place to another. The bigger complain is that when I was done no one checked to assure my eyes were focused and my vision was good. Dummy me I left when I was told to leave but I could not focus or even open my eyes without them watering.yes I should have spoken up! Cautiously I went outside and the sunlight blinded me even more. I was not able to drive home I could NOT see. I could not call someone to pick me up because I could not open eyes without watering. I sat in my car for 30 minutes before I could use my cell to call someone. It took me another10-15 minutes to clearly see. I was very concerned but figured that nothing was really done other than exams and drops. I should have gone back into office but was afraid to walk back by myself. I am not sure why I got this kind of reaction but Dr E and his staff should have been more attentive. I felt like they were very rushed and just wanted to get through exams. This is my first experience with any type of eye procedures and I was very upset with the treatment I received. I am scheduled for cateract surgery on 3/3 at the Thousand Oaks clinic. At my next appointments I am certainly going to be more verbal about my treatment. Hopefully will not have to meet with Dr E or his staff in the future. I really hope my future procedures are handled more professional. This was not a good experience. Very disappointed on the service I received.

From beginning to end, my office visit was great. Dr. Engelberg was great explained everything and very kind. Isabel his assistant was so patient and kind, answered any questions I had.

Dr. CHen is a excellent doctor who I have been working on my eyes for the last 4 years. I have seen nothing but improvement in my vision and treatment of my condition has given me confidence back in going out in public. The staff is also great in providing servuce.

Organized and efficient. Visit was systematic and complete. Good use of office time and left feeling well cared for.

Excellent care as always! In addition to being a great doctor his whole staff seems to care as well highly recommend this office in Ventura!
