Very clean place and a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent service, very friendly and professional staff. The doctor made sure to thoroughly check my vision and clearly explain what is going on with my eyesight. My pupils were dilated, and three different nurses asked if I needed sunglasses and reminded me to be careful with the light when leaving. The person who helped me order my glasses offered several options and made sure I was happy with my selection.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother, whose overall experience has unfortunately been very frustrating. The doctors themselves were fine, but nearly everything else about the experience has been challenging. First, it is extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. Getting basic questions answered or assistance with scheduling often felt unnecessarily complicated. She had cataract surgery here and was not clearly informed that correcting her lenses could mean she might need glasses afterward and potentially be unable to wear contact lenses again. After the surgery, her vision progressively worsened and is now almost the same as her previous prescription, except she can no longer wear contacts, which has been very disappointing. She also purchased glasses from the office that broke within a few months and had to be replaced. When the replacement pair was returned to her, there was already a scratch in the lens, and Miramar would not take responsibility for it. Overall, the medical care was acceptable, but the communication, customer service, and follow-through left a lot to be desired. The experience felt frustrating and expensive, with constant additional costs and issues along the way.

I have found all / each Doctor, Tech, Nurse, and Admin team member at Miramar to be knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. They are efficient and will take the time to explain and answer questions as needed by the patient. I trust them to provide the best care possible.

I maybe should have had a driver but I didn't know they were going to use the dilation product they used this time, it hadn't happened here before. They apparently used a different one the 1st time because I had no problem driving that time. I did get home safe but learned from it. Maybe more info on what I would be getting next time, would be good, but now I know to make sure to have a driver. I do really like the office personnel, they're real nice and the Drs are real good too.

Dr. Corwin was thorough in his exam and careful in his diagnosis. He gave me options to pursue and explained things in an understandable and professional manner. He was patient and answered my questions. He was very friendly as well as all of his assistants and front desk staff. I highly recommend Miramar. I have been with them for several years and have always treated me well and their treatments were successful.

My husband, Robert, has dementia. The Miramar staff and Dr. Teel could not have been kinder and more patient with him. I cannot stress how much this meant for both of us. Rob was very happy with his treatment. People with dementia are often confused. But they understand purpose and intent. Rob felt that he had been treated well and it made him happy. I had a great experience at this doctor's office. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. I was brought back for testing right at my appointment time, which I really appreciated. The visit was efficient and well organized. I would definitely recommend this office.

I enjoy the professional yet personable and friendly staff at Miramar Clinic. Dr. Brunett is courteous and has a relaxed and friendly bedside manner and a good sense of humor. I'm diabetic and have annual checkups to stay ahead of any new developments that may impact my vision. I appreciate when Dr. Brunett encourages me to continue to regulate my A1C levels to ensure the best results we can achieve for my overall good health. Thank you!
