Staff is always friendly & polite. They are interested in solving whatever problem you are experiencing, that brought you to their office. They will explain the possible reasons & propose a step by step plan of action to resolve whatever ails you. If there are alternatives available, they will give you options. Everyone is focused on making the patient comfortable with what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, knows what the end result will be & how much time will be needed to get there. The dentists & supporting staff have made my time in their care "terror free"! Thank You.

They are the worst. Had an appointment at 4:45 pm just to review my lab results with my doctor only to get there at 4:33, they checked me in, made me sit in the lobby for 15 min or so, just to call me back up and let me know they have canceled my appointment for not getting there 15 min BEFORE my appointment. Keep in mind I got there 12 min before my appointment. They were so unprofessional and declined me health services. Made me reschedule 2 weeks later for an over the phone appointment. That day came, 1:15 was my appointment, never called me. I called them , they let me know they had been calling me and were calling the wrong number. Which is so ridiculous considering they have my paperwork and have texted me the appointment confirmation in the past. Like how does that happen? So AGAIN, they make me reschedule another appointment. So unprofessional and so inconsiderate. How is it my fault they were calling the wrong number?? Then we schedule another appointment, I get a few calls later from a doctor. Let's me know due to not answering my phone at 1:37, they have to reschedule AGAIN? When I just rescheduled. Like ? Do they have common sense?? I let her know it's been rescheduled and she says there is nothing scheduled? I don't know who has anything against me at this clinicas but it's so ridiculous. The scheduling team is so unprofessional and idiotic. They need to train better or get a new team of ppl who actually want to work there and help patients. They know nothing about hospitality. Stay tuned to see if they actually end up calling me on my THIRD RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT or if they're going to be unavailable again.

I have not been to the dentist in quite some time, but the dentist there and her assistant made me feel calm because they were so nice. Also the dentist was walking me through everything they were going to do that just made me feel less scared and worried. Thank you to the whole staff for having a kind heart! God bless you all!

I saw Dr. T who was thorough and listened to my needs. I always request her. I usually don't have to wait long. And my visits are usually quick.

I have been to the Emergency room 2x last week. They referred me to my primary Truong. She just took me off meds put me on other meds. I took my E.R paperwork with me. She didnt even look at my chart on the computer! Ordered blood work...i had 2x in the ER. THEY ARE JUST WEEDING YOU OUT FOR YOUR INSURANCE... Find a SOLUTION PLEASE Now I have waited 2 months for results over a dr mistake. Thanks

I have been a patient for many years. Receptionists, Nurses, and Doctors at Clinicas are the best. I love the way Sue Walin and Sara San Pedro treat me. We communicate very well. Thank you.
