Debon Crews

Last year my former optometrist, Dr. Gary Frick, retired. Dr. Debon Crews took over his practice at his former East Ventura location. From my first meeting of Dr. Crews I was very pleasantly impressed by her professionalism, personality, friendliness, attention to detail and the feeling that I was going to be in good hands. Now one year later it was time for my annual eye exam. I saw Dr. Crews 2 weeks ago. To my surprise she remembered me by details of our very first conversation. She asked me questions related to our first meeting during our first "getting to know each other", patient/Doctor conversation. I was so impressed, especially because it was only my second time at her practice. Her staff are both very friendly and helpful in assisting with picking new frames for my updated prescription. Her practice is very easy to find and for me well worth the drive from Port Hueneme to East Ventura. I highly recommend Dr. Crews to anyone looking for either a new optometrist or wanting a change from your current one.

I was able to make an appt at the end of the day for an exam and they stayed late while I looked at glasses. Great selection, great prices! great office environment. Highly recommend.

Dr. Crews was super friendly and knowledgeable and her staff very happy to figure out if my insurance covered the exam and contacts.
