Dr. Noelene Pang, M.D.

When I needed a solution for droopy eyelids and a sagging brow that were impairing my vision, numerous people recommended Dr. N. Pang as the go-to surgeon. Initially, I was apprehensive, worrying that I might end up with an unnatural "perpetually surprised" look. However, in 2024, I decided to seek her expertise, and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Pang exceeded all my expectations. She was kind, considerate, and incredibly skilled, addressing my concerns with professionalism and care. Her attention to detail and her ability to put me at ease made the entire process seamless. The results were fantastic--I couldn't be happier. In addition, her staff was friendly, supportive, and highly professional, making the entire experience even more positive. If you're considering a procedure, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Pang. She's a true expert in her field.

Okay first of all Dr Pang is definitely a asset to your office. Dr Pang is very compassionate, takes her time with her patients. Dr Pang doesn't make you feel like "wham bang thank you mam" she's very compassionate and thorough with her patients. I know Dr Pang probably gets behind her schedule however it's best to be thorough and have our questions addressed. So please request her to be your physician and you'll get treated with respect and not like a cow getting branded. Some physicians are in it to make money and don't care about our feelings. Dr Pang is definitely a asset to your office and should be recognized for her contributions. Then there's the staff which are responsible and compassionate with their knowledge to help everyone who walks in. Please be kind if you have to wait longer to see Dr Pang on your appointment. I would rather be treated like a human with respect than a cow getting branded.

I'd like to share my experience with Dr. Noelene Pang. I was referred to Dr. Pang because I was struggling with my vision especially while driving at night. My eyes always looked like I was squinting. My eye Dr. said that I may be a good candidate for upper lid Blepharoplasty. After meeting with Dr. Pang I was scheduled for a peripheral vision test, eyelids as is and then eyelids taped up, I couldn't believe the difference. Once I received insurance approval I decided to get my lower lids done (not covered by insurance) as well. The out-patient procedure took roughly 3 hours and in my case the pain was minimal. I am so happy with my results. If you are considering Blepharoplasty surgery I would highly recommend Dr. Pang --she is amazing! I saw Dr Pang for what I thought was an ingrown eyelash. She assessed the left lower eye lid and diagnosed skin cancer on my lower lid. Shannon was able to schedule my surgery for a lower eyelid excision in two weeks, and Dr. Pang successfully removed the skin cancer with clear margins. Dr. Pang gave me so much comfort and confidence in her diagnosis and surgery and I couldn't be more happy with the results. My sister died of melanoma, and although I regularly see my dermatologist she never thought that what I had on my lower eye lid was skin cancer. It was Dr. Pang's thorough family history at my first appointment and her assessment of the entire eye and lid that helped me through, what could have been a life threatening situation. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you to Dr. Pang and her wonderful staff (Shannon)!

Dr. Pang is amazing. Skilled surgeon, kind, caring and patient. She performed a difficult repair of my right tear duct (I had lacerated in an accident), and placed and eventually removed bilateral tubes in my tear ducts. My eye now looks great with no visible scarring. I have complete confidence in her medical skills and am so grateful I was referred to her by the ER doctor at CMH. I could not recommend her more highly.

It's been a while (2 years) since I've visited with Dr. Pang. But when it comes to the holidays and thinking of those I appreciate; I always think of Dr. Pang. She is so beyond kind. I've waited in her waiting room much longer than most people should. However, in the waiting room I noticed she cares for the elderly. She really cares. She takes her time with everyone she sees. When she saw me she was so sharp and put me at easy after the many other doctors I've seen before frighten me. She is truly a wonderful doctor and beyond that truly caring person.

I had a bad experience with another optamaligist. I have been seeing Dr. Pang for almost a year now. Every one of the appts I have felt her full attention, she has answered all of my questions and gives me great time and care. I feel cared for, she has helped me get my life back and avoid going on disability for an eye condition. The appointments often run late, but I know when I get in to see her I will have my time. I plan accordingly and am patient as I wait for a most excellent doctor.

Dr. Pang is not only a gifted surgeon, but she demonstrates an exceptional level of care and concern. She's attentive and takes the time to assess and explore treatment options, discusses options, and she listens.
