I went to go get 3 pairs of glasses when first walking it I wasn't greeted there was this rude woman named mari she was very avoided not willing to help me out. Soon I was being helped by Steven he was very kind helped me get a good deal and made me have a nice time he gave me some glasses cleaners and supplies. If you are coming to get your glasses done in the same day then they got you. But don't work with the woman because her behavior is out of pocket.

Very welcoming and pleasant experience with Steven in the Ventura location. He looked up my insurance and assured I would get the best prices and coverage. Very professional and friendly. He helped to select the frames that looked good for me and the most current trends and styles. He followed up with a phone call to adjust when one pair of my glasses would likely be ready. Thumbs up as usual for the Eye Glass Factory!!

I went here to get a new prescription and two pairs of glasses. I had an amazing experience!!!! Not only was the optometrist very charismatic and made sure it was a comfortable and not intimidating exam, but Daniel helped me choose my glasses and discuss which lenses would be best for me. He was very friendly and professional to all the customers who came in and was very thorough with the pricing and what to expect. My glasses were ready for pick up the next day!!! Not only that but I had added anti-glare onto one pair and it was unavailable in the particular lens I had picked, so they adjusted for me for free!! Very friendly, very passionate for what they do and helping us see again! They also offer free exam and glasses to children who need them! Amazing service in Ventura, would highly recommend!

Free Exam and 2 pair for the price of one; great come on BUT DON'T BE FOOLED. They are a schlock operation, wrong prescription twice; told to go home and get used to it, then back to the eye guy next door and Oh gee sorry for the wrong script, new glasses and they were still bad and way off for the eyes. checked at a reputable optometrist and they all knew where I had been. Save yourself the time AND money (will cost you the same in the end) and don't cheat your eyes; You will pay for it. Fair Warning...

I've been getting 3 of my kids glasses and my own from here for years! Not only has the staff been super friendly and patient especially when my little ones are asking millions of questions n trying on just about every pair, also thanks to their glasses for kids program I was able to get my girls replacement glasses when I wasn't financially able to. Definitely going to continue coming here

The Doctor is great! The kids & me love him 5 s for him!! But the prices can get high with the add ons!! and sometimes they have good customer service sometimes they don't.. I'm unsure if it depends on their mood.. Great part is that you can get express service & get your glasses way sooner than other places, maybe it's the convenience fee we pay..
