Absolutely outstanding service! I had a prescription from another Ventura optometrist and stopped in Two Trees Optometry to hopefully get a pair of glasses through my insurance without any extra payments. Two Trees far exceeded my expectations as they welcomed me into their office, almost immediately showed me a pair of glasses that looked great, and said they would be ready in about two weeks. Less than 10 days later they called to say my glasses were ready and to schedule a fitting. My second visit was even shorter as the glasses were ready to go and required no adjustments. Fast, efficient, and very friendly!

If you don't take someone's insurance maybe tell them when they hand you their card. Great doctors but the front desk took my vision insurance card, photocopied it and sent my son and I in for the exams. After the exam when we were shopping frames is when they told me they don't take my insurance, United Healthcare Vision. That made a visit that would have been totally covered into a large expense. Needless to say we didn't buy frames.

The entire team exemplified superior customer service and you could tell they actually enjoyed their jobs. What I also appreciated was that Dr. Skromme and his assistant, Heather, explained everything they were doing and why in terms anybody could understand.
