Excellent! Such a thorough testing and exam. Dr. Lum is the best. He went over all the results and showed me the areas being watched and letting me know there were no changes. He's so kind and thorough. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

I had already been to ER when I went here and saw Dr. Jewel Liao when I injured my eye. I was in pain and it felt like a knife was running across my eye with every blink. My vision was so blurry it was useless in that eye at the time. Everyone at Ventura Opthalmology made me feel welcome throughout my treatment. I really appreciated Dr. Jewel Liao explaining things to me and awnsering my questions. I have no doubt she genuinely cares about her patients. I am very happy with everything about this place. Parking was no problem also!

Shauna is the best. Very accommodating and very upbeat and friendly. I was also impressed with a young girl, I don't recall her name. She said her boyfriend's mother works there or something like that. She had black curly hair, she was very sweet and very positive anyway it's a great place and I'll be there tomorrow again.
