I had such a great experience at Family Optometry with Dr. Sakuma and his team. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and attentive, which really put me at ease. Dr. Sakuma took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered, which I truly appreciated. I also got a new pair of glasses through them, and the staff was super helpful in guiding me to the right style and fit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want the best for them. I left feeling very well taken care of, and I'm grateful for the excellent service. I highly recommend Family Optometry to anyone looking for quality eye care and a warm, welcoming environment.

The doctor was very rude. The office next door is a gym and music was so loud it was deeply annoying. The office was dingy and in need of a make over. They were going to charge me for a second eye glass case for the second pair of eyeglasses that I personally paid out of pocket for. Just altogether tacky. I won't be going there for anymore annual exams. I gave them my old frames to use for the second pair. When the glasses came back, they were a totally different frame! I didn't complain because I actually liked the new frames better. Just be aware that could happen to you also. Don't use any personal set of frames you like because you may not get the same ones back.

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming! Did not have to wait long. Esmeralda was very helpful and quick through the pre testing process. Dr. Vollmer was very thorough and took her time explaining eye exam results. Highly recommend.

Dr. Sakuma has been my eye doctor ever since I can remember. He's always very thorough and professional and the ladies at the front always make me feel welcome.
