My mom has come here many times and no problem. The doctor explains in a way you understand. This last visit she had a rude receptionist named . She talked to my mom in a demeaning tone. She said she wasn't saying it was my mom's fault, that's why she said it was their fault twice. Even before that she was saying that the gas in her eye obviously had to disappear before her appointment as if she didn't know. My mom wasn't being hard, she was just asking to see her doctor since we come from an hour and a half away and we're already here. When she asked someone if she should fit my mom in because they made a mistake with her appointment he said yes and she said that seems good to her as if she had any say. Basically she was trying to "fix" the problem herself when obviously it wasn't helping. We understand that we're humans and we all make mistakes, all she had to do was apologize and have a different tone then it would have been no issue. Instead she was defensive from the start. It's funny because she didn't have that tone with the next patients that were speaking English. Now I'm wondering if it's because my mom is a Spanish speaker.

The technicians are all very kind; I have had the pleasure of working with Chris and Rachel and I like them both. Chris is friendly and he made me feel at ease at my last appointment; I really appreciate him. Dr. Chow is a very nice man and a well respected doctor. Folks, if you have to wait a while to be seen, please understand that they are doing the best they can. Dr. Chow and his staff want to give everyone the best care possible and sometimes that takes time. Ophthalmology is delicate and highly detailed work. They will give you the time you need, too. Bring a book, bring a friend, be patient - and be grateful.

I find the staff to be efficient and helpful. Dr He's positive attitude, professionalism, consideration and excellent care have made me comfortable with my treatment.
