America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Taking this opportunity to thank 'Michelle' for her outstanding customer service. My fiance, Charles needed new glasses for work. 'Michelle' was kind, attentive and thorough during the process. I highly recommend this location.

I am writing especially to speak of TANYA at your Fallbrook location. She is one of the loveliest and most gracious people I've met dealing in retail business matters. Her approach was always with sincere kindness and evident knowledge of eyeglass wear, their prescriptions, and offering her genuine opinion as well. I really appreciated that. I had visited the Fallbrook store several times and was lucky enough to see her working each of those days. Today, was especially impressive. She was able to take care of my issues, when several other employees were not. Tanya took the extra steps needed to resolve my concerns. When our time together wrapped up, I inquired if she was manager of the store. She has the quality of a promoted position. I DID meet David, the manager, who was extremely attentive as well. I came here as a first time patient with my children. We had eye exams and from the initial appt scheduling to me picking up my glasses, everything was perfect! Staff is very nice and the whole process is very efficient. First you go in the back of the store where you get the tests done, then you see the doctor, and then you link up with an associate who assists with selecting frames etc. It was about a week and I got the text that my glasses were ready. I'm very happy with America's Best and will be back for my annual exam and any needs in between. Thank you!!

Great location! At work minding my on business when BOOM! A screw from my lense fell off. Needed a quick a fix and I headed to America's Best, I was expecting a good 30-45min. wait but No. Annaid attended me quick, took 15mins tops, Great attitudes. Thank you Annaid for the Great service!

So I am a someone who has worn glasses since I was like 5 but wow. I wish I would have gone here for eye wear and eye care instead of other places. Immediately I was welcomed by a kind face from the receptionist Escarlet who helped me check out glasses. Then I had another young lady named Angela who helped me a lot with prices and to my surprise were glasses priced less than 300 which was a shock to me. Angela let me know if I wanted to get a free eye exam while purchasing these cool glasses where you could put magnet on the frames. So I went back to the receptionist Escarlet who accommodated me to book a walk in appointment and fill out an easy to fill out patient form. After filling out the form, I immediately was able to get seen by a very kind Optical Tech named Leslie. The form on the Ipad took quite awhile to fill out so I had a few questions about what the comprehensive and she was able to break it down for me. I almost knew nothing about prescriptions or anything related with my eye health until I came here. The customer service was outstanding from the other ladies when I had to pick up my glasses. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone because this place is very beginner friendly and the glasses are so affordable. Fyi, they have these new eyewear line called Pair Eyewear with tons of options to turn them into sunglasses. Check out mine!

Ordered my prescription glasses on November 7th. Been told that it will take 2 weeks . Today is January 8th , finally received a text message saying that it's ready for me to go pick them up I specifically asked them to hurry up if it's possible because I was traveling for Christmas

Really great!! Dr. Payne was amazing and I loved Tanya (who helped me select my glasses). Everything was flawlessly done. I had been going to Costco, but my experience here was better. The eye exam was super thorough and the doctor took time to explain everything. Tanya was very patient while I selected frames and she reviewed all of my options without me ever feeling rushed. All in all a better "value" for me than Costco because the level of service provided!

Great service, got 2 pairs here and when one of the screws fell out, I came to get help. Michelle was wonderful and quick. Thank you
