Arrogant mansplainer. I think some doctors forget that their patients have advanced degrees and experience taking care of their own bodies. I found it ironic that when I told him I found an oil that worked to fix my debilitating dry eye, he insisted that wasn't the case, then he gave me dry eye drops with flax oil. Go figure. Why would you want to go to a doctor who gives off the energy that his patients are stupid? The receptionist is Roz from monsters inc. I liked the nurse assistant, she was really kind.

Best Optometrist and office! They're so welcoming, helpful, and efficient. I never have to wait to see the Doctor. Dr. Cheng takes his time to thoroughly examine you, answer any questions you have, and really makes it a personalized consultation. It's also super easy to book with them. They genuinely seem to care about their patients. Highly recommend this office!

Jimmy is the most adept optometrist I've ever had. My eyes are uniquely difficult and other optometrists just gave up and left me with an approximate prescription that strained my eyes even more. But Jimmy was curious about what makes my eyes so weird, and booked an extra appointment for me to make sure he found the 100% correct prescription. It was much appreciated.
