My experience at OP was truly amazing from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by two incredible people. One was a bald gentleman with a scraggly beard -- I wish I remembered his name -- but he was extremely kind, welcoming. The other was Kandi, who is a genuinely wonderful person. She made the entire experience feel personal and comfortable. The customer service at OP is absolutely phenomenal. You can tell the staff truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I left feeling valued and appreciated, which is rare these days. I am beyond happy with my specs, the "Oliver Sun" -- they look and feel amazing. I will definitely be shopping there again. My wife bought me a great pair of sunglasses from this store a while ago, the other day I sat on them, popping both lenses and bending the frame. This store is awesome and I'm glad there is one in LA! The staff is great and friendly and go above and beyond for whatever I need.
