Dr. Chung and Dr. Goldstone are great. Professional and trustworthy. The only reason this business is getting 3 stars. It's like going to the Dentist these days. Front desk is trying to upsell-- pushing - stating one price then its hundreds more.

I have received annual eye exams at this location for the past three years, and each visit was fully billed to my insurance with no out-of-pocket cost. However, this past fall I unexpectedly received a bill in the mail.
I called the office and asked that the claim be submitted to my insurance. I also contacted my insurance company directly to confirm that no claim had been received or denied. Despite multiple phone calls and emails requesting assistance, I have not received a response, nor has the bill been submitted to my insurance.
I have now received the same bill for the third time. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and the failure to address what appears to be a billing issue. I simply want this matter reviewed and properly submitted to insurance so it can be resolved.
