I'm not one to typically leave reviews, but I need the world to know, filbert is without a doubt one of the most outstanding surgeons!!!. I am so eternally grateful for him and his work. He was so clear, patient, and an attentive listener. He relieved all my anxieties and I felt more than prepared going into surgery. I can't recommend him enough, and if I could leave more stars than 5 I would!!

With no reservations I recommend Dr. Nguyen as a very competent doctor with regard to eye care. He has been my eye doctor for several years and has done cataract surgeries on both eyes. The last surgery was a very large cataract which I was very hesitant about. He was patient and encouraging and eventually it was my trust in him that persuaded me to have the surgery. The surgery went as smoothly as had my first. Also, his support team is very good. Today I am seeing the world as I used to and so grateful to Dr. Nguyen for his expertise.

I cannot give Dr. Nguyen enough stars! My cataract surgery was successful. The details are far too technical for me to address. Of great importance to me, as a lay person, he took the time to explain things. Most important, he LISTENS to questions and concerns and addresses them in understandable terms. I would recommend him to anyone with no hesitation!

Prior to having my cataracts removed, I thought that the light pollution, plus the dust in the air from local farming, not to mention wild fires, rendered the stars unviewable. I hadn't seen Orion, the most prominent constellation in the Winter sky, for three years. When Dr Nguyen replaced my first lens, I was able to see the stars again! Colors were brighter and more intense. Best of all, there was no pain and no discomfort during or after the procedure, with either eye! Thank you Dr Nguyen!

Dr Nguyen is a very personable, confident and knowledgeable professional who listened carefully to all my concerns. He not only answered all my questions but explained them thoroughly and with great skill. As a nurse, I totally understand their time constraints but I did not feel rushed at all. I highly recommend Dr Nguyen. I was also impressed by how organized, professional and personable her staff is particularly Janice. Janice had everything ready (from scanning my eyes to dilating them). Her infection control practices gets a five star rating, always sanitizing her hands before and after each procedure as well as cleaning the equipment. Carla, the receptionist was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable as well. The guy at the reception desk was ok. There is room for improvement for him.

My 99 year old mom is a patient of Dr Nguyen. Unfortunately, many doctors discount the elderly and their needs. My mom has always been listened to, heard and given the best care by Dr and every person at this office.
