Perlman Center for Eye & Eyelid Surgery

Had a great experience at the Perlman Center! Dr. Ho had very thorough explanations to all my questions, and she was efficient and made me feel very comfortable. Shout out to the Ophthalmic tech Gloria, she was very kind and helped me through all the diagnostic exams. Front desk staff was also very kind and helped me figuring out insurance and copay. Dr. Perlman runs a tight ship!

I am a long-time patient of this clinic and have always appreciated Dr. Perlman professionalism. However, I recently had a very disappointing experience with the staff member handling appointment calls. At 11:27 a.m. on November 5, 2025, she repeatedly asked for extensive personal information about me and my husband. I provided what I could, but when she requested my husband's Social Security card, I could not provide it as I was not authorized and did not have the information. When I asked if this was making things unnecessarily difficult for me, she responded rudely, saying she would hang up and not assist me further. I am very surprised because, as a long-time patient, all our information should already be in the system. Being asked repeatedly to provide the same information felt unnecessarily obstructive. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and very disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue, as patients deserve courtesy, respect, and protection of their privacy.

Hi I had cataract surgery a few months ago and I am so happy with my surgery. Dr. Perlman explained everything to me on my choices for cataract surgery and what my choices were. I can't thank him enough for the wonderful care he gave me with his skillful surgery. I would recommend The Perlman Center 1000 percent if you are thinking about eye surgery weather it is Cataract Surgery or eyelid surgery you are in good hands with Dr. Perlman and his staff.

This place has the absolute worse patient care when you ask a simple question and then get cut off. Not professional at all . So nonchalant like you or your feelings don't matter. When trying to explain to Dr. Perlman what had transpired before you saw him . His very aggressive answer was is that what you really want to talk about. Terrible office help and patients sitting around for well over a hour just to to be told your insurance is not good there . I hope more people read this and think twice about going to this money grabber. He is just lucky that I was not in the room .

I am absolutely thrilled with doctor perlman and his team! I can now see clearly out of both eyes after surgery and I have 20/25 vision. No more cataracts! Wish I did this years ago!
