These people are totally AWESOME!! Needed a new glasses and they had a pair that I really liked. (and they were cheaper if I would have went to my optometrist) Had to go back to get them readjusted and they did it perfect. I even brought my husband's glasses end - one of his lens came out - and they were so nice to fix them AND the glasses weren't even theirs!! GREAT place!!!!!

I like LBK very much, they are both a lab and a shop for glasses, in one place! It was a seamless experience and they do everything without needing third parties. Misty Neil is the employee that helped us, and she was extremely patient with our many doubts regarding choosing frames and completing the process. The shop has a tradition, and a good reputation, and it is owned by a veteran. The best for us, our to go place for both prescriptions and sunglasses.

We've been going to LBK Optical for years and have always had a great experience. Their in-person service is friendly and fast, and they make the whole process really easy. Even though we live out of state now, they've still been able to mail our glasses to us without any issues. It's so convenient and the customer service is always great. Definitely recommend!

My family have been using LBK for many years. They are the best place to get glasses made. We moved to Arizona and we were sad because we had to use another company for my glasses. The Arizona company lenses in my glasses fractured 3 times. I called LBK and talk to them. I shipped my glasses back to them and they fixed them and the lenses never fractured. I was back in California for family business and stopped by LBK picked out some frames. Few weeks later I emailed my prescription. They mailed my new glasses to me and they are amazing and fit perfectly. If you have not ever been to LBK I suggest you stop in they have so many frames and the employees are great at their job and very personable. Have a great day and SEE you later. Dave G

Poor ownership! Was once great before owner ran his son Kieth off. I ended up being charged for 2 sets of prescriptions lenses after the first set was clear lenses they placed in sun after glasses by their error. Glasses ended up costing me 360 dollars for a set that should be 206 online. Ownership didn't want to make it right nor should Inhabe paid for clear lenses. Lessons learned , I'll stick with Milani optics.

This is long over due. Don't ever pay in cash, these people are thieves. I went there for an adjustment on my glasses and fell in love with reader frames. I was in the process of moving out of state. I explained to Keith that I could get him a prescription to make the readers once I got settled. I paid for the frames with cash, a receipt was given showing paid. I moved, got settled, went for an eye exam then sent him the prescription to make the glasses and was told he had no order or proof that I ever paid for glasses to be made. Even with proof of their receipt, they refused to give back my money stating no refunds even though they never got the prescription to make the glasses and the frames never left their business. NO WHERE ON THE RECEIPT DOES IT SAY NO REFUNDS. Then the female tells me they sold the frames to someone else. DOUBLE DIPPING!! . A certified demand letter was sent to them and these cowardly thieves refused to receive it as shown in the picture posted. I thought Keith was an upstanding guy, turns out he looks for opportunities to steal from people. I can only imagine how he's screwing over the senior since his businesses is in a predominantly senior community. Not to be trusted. You stoled $152.55. You should be embarrassed.

Misty was amazing, so so helpful. My daughter and I both needed new glasses and we tried on A LOT of of frames and she was so patient!!!!!
