Walmart Vision & Glasses

I needed new prescription glasses. I decided on the Yuba City Walmart Vision Center. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed, friendliness, and efficiency of the Vision Center: Dr. Trung Phan, OD, did a thorough eye exam, explaining in easy-to-understand language how to correct my vision. The center said it would take about 8+ days to receive my glasses, yet after five days, I received a call to pick them up. Tommie helped me with minor adjustments. Valentin helped me with more detailed information for care and future orders. All in all, this was a 5-star treatment and service. I highly recommend this Walmart Vision Center.

So impressed today with Crystal! She immediately noted I was a bit hesitant about the size and style I wanted. She made excellent suggestions. The best part was her knowledge of the products. She could identify what might be too heavy, too small, fade me out or be too harsh! She was very kind and patient. I never felt rushed. I highly recommend Crystal!

Customer service here was great and engaging. Valentin made sure both me and my mom got frames that fit our faces and helped us get the best price. Very professional and helpful!

Anna was super friendly and helpful. She made the whole process really easy and stress-free. She took her time explaining everything and made sure I was happy with what I picked.

I had a really great first experience at this vision center. The staff was super helpful and very nice, Especially Valentin being very accommodating and answering all of my questions. They have variety of frames to choose from, very affordable prices and got my new glasses back in about a week. Definitely making this place my go to for any vision needs.

The people are nice but my problem was the day I went in to recieve my glasses the gentleman that adjusted my new frame made them so crooked and the left side was pushed in further then the right side and I felt like I was walking sideways. I went in 5 times in a two week period to have them re adjusted and somehow my lenses have hairline cracks going through them left side more then the right and they are still out of alignment. I know I couldn't wear them long enough to cause any damage because they were so far out of alignment I had to use my old pair and contacts. I wore the new one's off and on because they were giving me migraines after 1 hr of wearing them each time. Now I have to start completely from scratch and will not be coming to the yubacity vision center to have them mess the replacement up too. The two ladies who helped me did their best but the gentleman who started the whole thing really jacked them up. I'm sorry for my complaint but please please train the newer people on how to properly handle the glasses, I have been wearing glasses for 20 years or more and have never had this problem before. Just a bummer to have to write this review on this walmart vision center because I've gone through them many times and now have a problem returning to this vision center.

Crystal is hands down the best! She is always willing to help me with my glasses! I definitely recommend her!

Crystal has always been so helpful and upbeat. We have had the pleasure of her helping the past two years with our eye glass purchases. I wouldn't go anywhere else. David helped others while she was helping us and he was so kind as well. Highly recommend these two.
