Advanced EyeCare Centers Centennial: Laura L. Juba, OD

I have been seeing Dr Juba yearly for over 15 years. Have had a great experience every time. My husband and daughter have also been cared for by her. We think she is the best!

I've been seeing Dr Juba since 2019 and she's simply the best! Highly recommend.

After waiting 3 weeks I was so excited to see Dr. Juba. I received 2 eml confirmations from Advanced EyeCare Centers, I arranged childcare, I arrived early. When I arrived they said Dr. Juba was with another patient and they didn't have me on their schedule, blaming technology. I waited over an hour, spent approximately 10 mins w/ Dr. Juba. She said, your prescription is "exactly the same". I left without being given my prescription. I e-mailed them requesting it, then I had to call to get it, after waiting 2 days. The prescription Dr. Juba wrote was not, "exactly the same", in fact she wrote me two DIFFERENT prescriptions! I called to clarify. After waiting all day, Dr. Juba finally called me. She proceeded to tell me she didn't have time to give me an, "optometry lesson", and how disappointed she was that her staff had offered me a discount on my office visit! She was condescending, and spoke over me. She had abysmal communication skills and non-existent patient care skills. She also seemed out of touch with her staff, and displayed little respect for them. It was pretty shocking. I really wanted to give this practice the benefit of the doubt bc technology mistakes can happen; however, after my experience with Dr. Juba I will not be returning.

I've been going here for years. I love the staff and location.
