I have been wearing glasses for a few years, and she explained what my "Rx" actually means, she was conscientious of noting anything not included by insurance, etc. Brooke is a wonderful help as well and was patient as I tried to figure out which frames to choose. The turn around time for my glasses was a week and that included the Thanksgiving holiday! Great customer service.
