Great first experience! It's been around 10 years since I've seen an eye doctor and I was a bit nervous about what to expect. Kind and friendly staff, they were all so helpful! My eye exam and tests were easy, and they even helped me look at frames after they told me my prescription! I'm a bit indecisive about frames as I have never had to wear any before but I will be back soon to get them there as they were very patient and attentive to helping me look for a pair and they had a wide selection. My insurance didn't cover the exam but I'm glad I paid for it to be done regardless, and it was reasonable/affordable compared to most healthcare costs out of pocket.
