I've been seeing Dr. Gallegos for over 7 years and I would highly recommend her and her office. They have been nothing but kind, informative, and professional for all of my appointments. Dr. Gallegos is direct and smart and I haven't trusted an optometrist this much ever. I also love the selection of glasses. I always find trendy styles for daily eyewear and sunglasses.

I've been seeing Dr. Gallegos for most of the last decade, coming from one of the top Ophthalmologist from the capital city of another state. She is sharp, straight to the point, thorough, and doesn't miss a beat.

Dr. Gallegos appears to be quite intelligent and competent, but her manner with me was off-putting, almost haughty. I went in for a pair of glasses and she spent ten minutes trying to sell me a very expensive vision training regimen, with dire consequences sure to follow if I don't purchase/participate. She is the reason I will not only avoid this place in the future but also get a second opinion. Conversation with her is unpleasant, she interrupts, is quick to cut you off when you're explaining an issue, and I regret having met her. The other employees were very pleasant, however.

I saw Dr. Gallegos, as she was beginning her career as an optometrist at Sears. Appreciated her instantly and have been in her care since that time, Probably 15 years. She is incredibly thorough. Besides my annual exams, she has "squeezed" me in when I've needed immediate attention for eye care. Brook and her entire staff are great. She works with Medicare and Medicaid (except SSSI) I always leave Eye Logic so thankful that I go to her...she really cares.

Dr. Gallego is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would trust no one else with my vision. Her staff is likewise friendly and incredibly helpful with all aspects of the process.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gallegos since 2019 and can't say enough positive things about her and her staff. She's supported me through dry eye issues and age-related prescription changes, and has always been very thorough and informative while being really friendly. Brooke has taken the time to help me select frames on a couple of occasions, showing me more options and sharing her opinion when I need help deciding, as well as making sure they fit perfectly when I pick them up, and anytime after when I need an adjustment. The office is easy to communicate with for scheduling, getting prescription information, and any other issues.

Dr. Gallegos and Brooke were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating in helping me get my glasses readjusted. I have been going here for 4+ years and this was the first time I had issue with the glasses, due to my strong prescription. But as said, Dr. Gallegos was willing to see me again, spent time figuring out what was bothering me, and got the glasses remade just so that I'd be 100% comfortable wearing them. The team turned what seemed to be a hassle into a great customer service experience for me - really made my day.

I've been seeing Dr. Gallegos for years. She is really professional and thorough and explains everything very clearly. I saw some other reviews complaining that they weren't seen because they were late. I recently saw Dr. Gallegos and was unfortunately 10 mins late and they still saw me. They are busy and have a schedule to keep and ask that you come on time. Brooke is the best and takes care of all the administrative aspects. I'm also Hispanic and have been treated with nothing but respect(I saw a negative review about this as well). I won't go anywhere else for my eye care needs.
