I've gone here twice for eye exams, both were great experiences. The last time was on 3.6.24, Dr. Robinson was great dialing in my prescription, very thorough and was able to figure out an issue I was having with some irritation in my eyes. Would definitely recommend.

So if you want to see an Employee with The Best In Customer Service Go To Myrai she is an Optician. She is great at her job . She gives you the one on one time that you need when it comes to getting your eyes done. She has a friendly face , she listens to your preference , and friendly smile and it's genuine. She makes the difference. I Highly Recommend you going to this Walmart to get your eyes done here.

My exam was great, and so was picking out my glasses.The Dr was patient with me and I didn't feel rushed. Cloyce took time time to explain to me what lenses would work best for my eyes and my budget. The previous place I went to for years never explained this in depth to me, so I really appreciated it. Overall, both the Dr and Cloyce made me feel respected and like they actually care about their patient/customers.

Been coming here for years and definitely not coming back. New Doctor is rude, tried to make me feel like a lesser person because I didn't have insurance for 30 more days then was asking about my girlfriend in the waiting room and rushed out to talk to her instead of making sure my contact fitting went well. Definitely not coming back here

The staff, especially the optometrist, could be a little bit more nice and helpful. They're good for when you need a quick and easy interim pair of glasses, even though mine had a couple of issues I had to go back for. You get what you pay for though, especially with Walmart. Personally I'd recommend going to America's Best or some other vision center. It might be a little more expensive, but your experience from start to finish, as well as after your visit will be a whole lot better.
