Very thorough...not unique for ICON, but appreciated. I believe that it's important to rate the entire visit experience...so: the person who did the testing and prep greeted me before I sat to complete the form; was thorough, efficient, personable, humorous and clearly experienced. What was not pleasant was having to wait for Dr. Ferris for 50 minutes. Perhaps he had an emergency, was filling in for an absent physician or Icon is lacking adequate staffing...not uncommon. I would have appreciated an update--particularly since my wife was at another medical office wondering where I was, and she couldn't receive texts or voice.
