I absolutely love Dr. Foutz!!! He is the best optometrist I've ever been to and has solved issues no one else has been able to fix. I would continue to see him even if my insurance didn't cover him. My challenge is with the office staff. I'm a physician and I always treat my patients with kindness, care and respect, but I don't often feel cared for by the staff. I usually just let it go, but today I called to order contacts. I was told I had to make an appointment. I said that last time I went 2 years between appointments. I was told they didn't keep my prescription and it's a law that I have to have yearly appointments with contacts. I politely let her know that I have a photographic memory and have gone 2 years in the past. She checked the records and I was correct. I said I was running low on contacts and would need a small supply in case I ran out prior to the appointment. She said she could order samples. This was interesting as I thought they didn't keep my prescription?? Which made absolutely no sense anyway?? And then what about it being a law for yearly appointments?? Goodness. Honestly they're probably just trying to go to yearly appointments for everyone, which makes complete sense to me. All she needed to say was that. I do hope the office reads these. It's just so important to treat patients with kindness, care and respect. I will continue coming to the office for Dr. Foutz of course. Thank you.

Dr Foutz is friendly and explains things clearly. I feel like I get excellent, professional care in this practice. I see others have had issues with the front desk staff, but everyone there has always been pleasant in my experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Foutz to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Foutz for many years, he is very caring and takes his time from educating you about your eyes to getting your needs met for your eyes. However I have always noticed the support staff is less than warm when making appointments and interacting while at your appointment. I feel inclined to give this review because the older women up front (I think owners wife)has no social skills and has yet to smile in the years I have been going, and I feel her energy is contagious with other staff. Very disappointing in the way I've been treated over the years needless to say.

Dr Foutz is the Best eye doctor I have ever had. My entire family goes there and has for Years. Now that being said, covid was hard but the employee that work there are very Rude! The worst part is it's the same employees for years too. They don't return phone calls and when I do call for anything they act irritated and annoyed. Really sad customer service. I've been waiting over a month for a trial pair of contacts. I've called twice and left messages and they never call me back. Today I called, and got a person, only to tell me they have been in since May 11th. REALLY! Ridiculous, this is my eye sight. Kinda important!

I am new to the area and Doctor Foutz was recommended to me by a family member. He is by far the most knowledgeable eye doctor I have ever had! Very personable and chatty. It looks like I found the new family eye doctor!

we have gone to Dr Foutz office for about 20 years.. great service and very personable... my wife and i greatly recommend this office.

Great doctors but horrible receptionist service! Tried to call and move an appointment and receptionist was not friendly at all, sounded very annoyed and rude, horrible customer service for a business.

Great Doctor has taken care of me and my family for over 5 years.
