Great customer service all the way around the board. I have had appointments with both Dr Klaich and Dr Foutz over the years, and they're educated and fun doctors. Also the ladies up front will adjust your glasses perfectly, even after you get headbutted by your dog. 10/10

Receptionist was okay. Kinda snobby at first then she calmed down. We went through the whole family for glasses/eye exams through them. All seemed fine. Paid all of the bill then as well. Then I started getting a 20 bill from them in the mail. So I called in March and the lady said that it wasnt a bill and to disregard any further statements if it's from the same thing. and they owe me 20 bucks. So I said awesome . Told her have a great day. They mailed my 20 bucks(check form) and I put it in the bank. Then the 20 bill proceeded to come in for the same thing. I just threw it away. Now she threatening me to collections. Over 20 bucks. After awhile I did call back and asked to be removed from collectios because of their error. They did remove it . Doc Klaich was thorough and did a great job otherwise.
