I would just like to recognize Carol at the Grand Junction office. She went above and beyond helping me choose a pair of glasses. I wanted something a little more trendy and fresh. She knew what would look good on me and what would not. Once we narrowed it down to 3 pair, she was very patient with me because I was having a hard time deciding which ones I wanted. Glasses really affect ones appearance which she so understood. She spent a long long time with me and then made sure that I received the best deal through my insurance. She was awesome!

Saturday the 10th I woke to a pair of glasses that had one of its screws out and the lens on the floor. My regular eye glass outfit is closed on the weekends so my wife searched for a glasses repair spot on a Saturday. She found this Pearl Vision that opened at 9:00. Wise got there a few minutes after 9:00 and inquired if they repair glass frames if I hadn't bought from them. The lady said "oh certainly we do, have a seat." Shortly after I was called over to the eyeglass technician lady who put a quality repair with larger screws that should hold tighter. On top of all they they didn't charge me a lick for that! Very nice and nearly unheard of in today's world. Thank you to Pearl and to the ladies that worked last Saturday!

I called to cancel my appointment since they said my insurance wouldn't be able to cover my appointment and that's it's a temporary thing. So I do as one does and cancel it and the girl on the phone could care less she answer with just "hello" but with attitude and then when I explained to her my situation she just said "so are you going to pay for it in cash" and I said no thanks I would like to cancel it and she just gave attitude the whole time. First you're place is having issue with its networks and my insurance and now you have terrible customer service, pick a struggle. I'm supersized the reviews aren't lower. And it this review gets deleted I'll just keep commenting it.
