the glasses are great but the service is horrible. i've worked with at least two of the ladies that work here and you can tell that they hate their job. they made me wait for long periods of time when they were with no other customers. no greeting, no smile, no i'll be right with you. they made me feel stupid for not knowing the difference between tinted and polarized. when i picked my sunglasses up, i wanted darker lenses and she said if you wanted them darker you should've chosen to get polarized. they didn't even give me that option when i purchased them. i love sams club but i will never go back to their optical. it's very sad.
