Couldn't get past the front desk appointment person on the phone who would not listen to me when I was trying to explain my insurance to her. She was insistent it was through VSP, it was not. Because she was rude and snippy, I just gave up and hung up the phone. I know insurance is complicated, but you can't be a know-it-all. Sometimes the customer has wisdom too. I was calling to make 4 appointments today. Bummer for you guys.

The women who work here are absolutely wonderful! I've been a patient of Dr. Larson's for many years along with my husband and children. We've had great experiences and I highly recommend Dr. Larson. She's my favorite eye doctor of all time and she even helped me on my journey to a very successful Lasik surgery and the blessing of great vision, something I've never had before! Michelle and the ladies in the office are the best I've seen. They really are great at what they do and they make you feel as if you're their only patient of the day with their willingness to help, attention to detail and kindness.
