Had to take my 4 year old to get an eye exam due to a failed one at his well child check! The Dr. there was absolutely FANTASTIC! He was so good with my son!!! We will definitely be going back to this place because he will need glasses In The near future!!!!!!! Thanks for a great experience!

This office has done a phenomenal job in hiring Ann. She is absolutely the best. I have been coming to this office for years and no one has ever been as helpful as she was. She took the time to help me try on different frames, she explained we could look at other color options if I liked a frame. I found a frame I liked but wasn't sure on the color I wanted. She ordered the other color so I could physically try them both on. When the other frame came in and I decided on a color, she went through all of the options for my lens. This was the best glasses buying experience I have ever had. Ann you are absolutely amazing keep up your hard work. I will be back for sure.

The doctor was very professional and explained everything as the exam went on when I asked; even what the machines were specifically for. I'm waiting on lens, but I went yesterday. The test for what lens I'd wear, I have never seen so clear before. Excited to get my glasses soon, thank you! Picture is the frames I picked out.

I've been coming here for years. Everyone is friendly and good at what they do. I did have to get re-examined a couple of years ago because the first Rx looked funny after glasses arrived. They got me in quickly for another exam and the optician dialed back a change in my Rx and the second pair were perfect. I appreciate how well they handled this little issue. I would recommend going here. They remodeled the inside and the layout is better than before too.

Great spot! had my first appointment here a couple weeks past. Everyone was professional and on time. The process was smooth and efficient. Dr. Tull was great. He took his time to narrow down the precise prescription that worked best for me. I didn't feel like my appointment was "on the clock" and they will be my new eye doctor.

Dr. Bethka and his technicians are amazing. They made getting my glasses easy. Almost fun. The receptionist on the other hand is horrible. When you walk in, she will be talking to someone else, about her personal life. If she happens to notice you are standing there, she will stop talking, act imposed upon that you are there. Then ask what you want. This happened with my first appointment, and when I returned to pick up my glasses. I got the same treatment when I returned the questionnaire tablet to the front desk. I will return as I like and trust Dr. Bethka.

Dr. McKenzie is great. The optometrist that originally set us up with glasses for our child was great. Their unwillingness to work with patients on eyeglass prescriptions is why we will be taking our business elsewhere. We purchased a pair of glasses from Valley Vision in October. Our six year old has a condition that requires frequent prescription changes. He had eye surgery and needs an updated prescription. He will likely have another updated prescription at his checkup in 6 weeks. We spend a lot of money each year on frames and lenses for a growing child. Please know that Valley Vision will require you to pay full price for any update to your prescription, even if you have the warranty on the glasses. So, they will replace the lenses, but won't change the prescription which is just silly if they are replacing them anyways. Eyemart Express will honor prescription changes for children! Children's vision changes frequently for children with vision issues. Please do your research and take your hard earned money elsewhere when looking to purchase eyeglasses.

Dr McKenzie here has to be one of the Best Dr.'s in Grand Junction!!! I have a very autistic son who has a hard time speaking and communicating. This Man was completely professional and was able to help my son understand he needs glasses thanks!!!!!
