Love this office! All the staff is wonderful, so kind and helpful! So easy going and friendly. The office has great natural lighting, making picking your glasses an easy process! Would recommend Dr. Allen and her office to anyone!

I love coming here but it's dangerous because they have sooo many glasses that I love so it's hard to leave without buying more and more!! I always get adjusted with Cathy and she is fun and nice. Head here for fantastic service.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The staff were friendly and courteous. The doctor spent time listening to my concerns and gave me a top notch exam. I'm so glad I followed Kathy over from the old place!

I had a little difficulty with my glasses - had to be sent back twice to get the progressive lenses right. They did not charge me extra for this and were accommodating. The people who work there are extremely nice. That said, no one has ever gotten my prescription more perfectly than Dr Fiske!

I really like this place. It's very convenient, being right downtown close to work. The doctors and staff are very friendly and professional. They stand behind their products too. Special shout out to Connor for fixing my sunglasses today. Thanks Look team! A+

New Update It's been about 2 months and I still don't have glasses, or rx sunglasses. They did not do my rx correctly somehow for my sunglasses lenses. I don't get it. You specialize in one thing...optometry... and you don't do that one right. It's been a waste of time. I never can reach by phone either. Maybe 1 in every 10 times I try to call someone picks up. I could not more regret choosing this business. Just got a phone call that they broke my eyeglasses frames at the lab. I signed a waiver that since these were older frames they might break, but I didn't really think they would, they were in fine condition. Suspiciously in the same voicemail they invite me back to the store to shop with them for new frames. I had those glasses since 2018. I give them to this shop for three days and they are broken. I won't ever go here again.

I knew things were wrong the first time when I went to pick up my glasses and they said they weren't there. They told me to come back to that store and that's the store I bought them from, but apparently the other store across town actually has the glasses and nobody ever told me. Then, three years later, I get a text message saying they finally finished my glasses from 2022, and I'm supposed to come pick them up now. However, they never told me to pick them up, because they sent me to the other store, and never told me to come back to this store. I had purchased other glasses from the store in the meantime, and when I went to pick up the glasses from three years ago and three prescriptions ago, they couldn't even muster the words I'm sorry, to save a customer who had been doing business with them for years. Instead, they showed they are incapable of doing their actual job of making your glasses and calling you when they're ready. Having them for you when they tell you they will. Go anywhere else, and I mean anywhere else, then here.

I've been going here for several years and I love it! Dr. Fisk is incredibly thorough in her exam. She is thoughtful in addressing any issues or needs. And Whitney is FABULOUS. She helped me pick out new frames, and helped me get a great deal on them! I would highly recommend this business.
