I hate to leave this review. I have been going here for many years. I love the Doctor and usually the staff. I have never had a bad experience there until today. I went in for an eye exam. I overheard one of the girls working there whispering what I thought was "I don't like her." Then I take my little tests that you do before the exam. I have never been more uncomfortable in my life. I do not know what I did to this girl but cleaning the machine aggressively so it moves while I'm taking these tests was out of line and unprofessional. I do not know her or the other girl. I do not understand why they would do that. I watched the next man take the same tests (I have taken these tests many times since I can't see without glasses) and they didn't clean it until he left. It was clear that it was intentional. There is a hard line between professional and personal and that was crossed today. I left and did not get an exam glasses or contacts because of the way I was treated today. That was completely unprofessional and out of line. It is a place I shouldn't feel uncomfortable because you don't like me. I really did enjoy going to this doctor and I am seriously bummed to have to make this change. Not saying to not go here because the doctor is a good one. Those girls know exactly what they were doing to me and giggled while they did it. Completely and utterly disrespectful and disappointing. Grow up and be professional.

Every time I step into your establishment, I always feel like I'm welcome and well taken care of from beginning to end. They are polite, friendly, and don't hesitate to do everything they can to help me in anyway they are capable of. They never keep me waiting, I'm always in and out in under 5 minutes for pickups and seen by the optometrist right away and he is always knowledgeable and treats me great and is always nice. I'll always recommend to others and come back for repeat visits.

I had the most pleasant experience at Visionworks. Dr. Steven was awesome and super nice! I had the sweetest gal helping me do all the eye tests! She was smiling and so polite the whole time! I have an autoimmune disease and may accommodated everything I needed or struggled with. I highly recommend.

Miranda did a great job walking me through the process and explaining each step. Dr Codner performed my exam and made me feel comfortable while explaining each detail thoroughly. Miranda then was very helpful and patient as I took my time choosing out my frames. She was able to guide me through my insurance benefits. I was anxious about my first eye exam, but the team made it a comforting and professional experience. Im excited to continue care here!

Kiele anticipated my every question and knew the precise protocol in all the workings of Visionworks!!! She is superior to any and all my past dealings pertaining to all optical clinicians and products and provisions I've ever been to. OUTSTANDING!!!!!! And on my husband's experience, the young man who assisted my husband was brilliant in the fact he KNEW what he was doing! He is a professional and he knows his job! Outstanding performance! And in one area that wasn't he didn't have knowledge in, he immediately asked for input from another who was also 100% knowledgeable in her field and thus he was able to correctly complete his end. My husband and I are extremely impressed with all our dealings with VisionWorks! Thank you!!!

My first time visiting Visionworks! Everything about my experience was effortless. From booking the appointment to choosing my new glasses. And it didnt even take an hour out of my day!

I visited as a new patient and was very impressed with Dr. C. and his back office assistant and the optician and from office staff. They spent a lot of time answering all my questions and were very professional! Thank you.

My initial exam produced a prescription that didn't work for me. Vision works corrected this mistake made by another company, at a cost of 10 bucks. I'm very happy.
