The Greeley office is so professional and welcoming. Dr Meeker is wonderful and gracious. She makes you feel like you are her only patient even though she is probably seeing hundreds of people every day. Gaby helped my son replace his broken glasses so timely and efficiently. He loved the frames he picked! and Yuridia took the time to help me with a previous purchase and make them fit properly while we waiting after I asked a question. We were not rushed, even in a very busy office. The staff was very attentive to our needs, they were very kind and responsive. I really appreciate the value and also the respect we received at the Greeley office! Thank you very much and we will recommend you to our friends and family. Went yesterday for an eye exam and to order glass and had a very positive experience. I was very impressed with my experience from the eye doctor to bibi who ordered my glasses. I arrived early to my appointment and the wonderful ladies up front got me an earlier appointment. They were very busy, but the eye doctor still went into details to explain the conditions of my eyes and was very informative. Bibi ordered my glasses for me. She was super knowledgeable and courteous. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

A good one-stop shop. Get your eye exam and your glasses or contacts here, at prices that, although not cheap, are much lower than most competitors. Their 3-year plan for $129.00 is actually an excellent deal with at least 3 eye exams (annual) + an extra 1 or 2 if you need them, plus 10% off the bottom-line total for any frames, lenses, and contacts. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and go out of their way to make you a happy customer. With the plan, you get lots of emails, but they also let you get some good deals with additional discounts, and friendly reminders to schedule your annual exam. No complaints! Highly recommended.

All I can say is WOW! Celeste who did all my pre appointment testing was compassionate, caring and empathetic during my visit today. I have certain genetics that make visiting the eye doctor very anxiety provoking and she was nothing short of wonderful. Doctor Christie, who I saw remotely today took the time to show me pictures of my retinas, go through my results and assure me that I am healthy. I never felt rushed and she answered every question I had thoughtfully and clinically. Finally, Bibi, who helped me get contacts and processed my payments was the cherry on top! She was charming, funny and went through everything swiftly. I am blown away by how well I was treated. As somebody who gets nervous to go to the eye doctor, I would never be scared to come here! Thanks ladies!

Dr. Mena was great. I appreciated the time he took to explain my prescription and make sure everything was just right. In the past, I've had doctors rush through appointments to get you in and out, but he was the complete opposite. So patient and thorough. It's always time consuming to decipher 'this vs that' when it comes to prescriptions, but he took the time to make sure everything was just right. Thank you!

Well i went to get glasses at 2 pairs for 89.99 and they rang it up as a 69 promo and I had to buy the frames . It cost about 150. Dollars well I decided I wanted anti glare so looked it up online it says 88. For both pairs and I was charged 135. For 1 pair. I'm not happy I brought my son there also and they charged him the same way. I drove 5 hours for this 89.99 promo and spent almost $600 dollars i should have went to walmart . Waiting on the glasses. The eye doctor was very nice..

The eye doctor was amazing. She answered all my questions and was very thorough in my examination. she was able to put things in terms that I understood. Beatriz was amazing helping me pick out frames and finding the options that best fit my needs. I think this was my fifth time going and getting an eye exam and buying frames and lenses here and it's always a great experience.

This is the worst experience iv ever had with getting contacts. Iv been waiting over 2 weeks for them to come in. Everytime iv called they stated they aren't in. So my wife decide to call and the manager first off refused to give her name second stated that they have had my contacts for over a week but are so busy and it's a first come first serve basis, which makes no sense when they are suppose to call when they come in. The manger also stated to my wife if you have such a problem come in here. Like real professional. I will gladly dispute the transaction and take my business to a company that cares about there customers. But when I called the Fort Collins location I was able to speak to a manger with them and they had no problem getting me in Monday and even have my prescription in stock! She was extremely apologetic over the experience I had with the manager and staff in Greeley.
